EHSAS ’81 Foundation’ has been registered as a ‘Society’ in Delhi on 8th June 2015 with the Registrar of Societies under relevant Acts of law. All batchmates of Modern-BK 1981 are welcome to become members of this society by making a minimum initial contribution, followed by regular contributions from time to time. The contributions thus collected would be used towards various welfare projects, as decided by members of the society. A ‘Memorandum of Association’ that clearly defines constitution, areas of work and its way of working has also been registered. On 21 August 2017, we got our IT registration u/s 80-G, making donations eligible for Income Tax rebate. This registration continues to be in place.
In June 2022, we also received our CSR-1 Certificate and are now eligible for corporate donations.
